All Saints’ Church in Springfield is looking for a Director of Music to lead and develop their music offering within their services and for mission in the community. All Saint’s Church is a thriving Christian community a mile from the centre of the City of Chelmsford. They are mission-focused within their parish and beyond, and music is central to this outreach, as well as being greatly appreciated and enjoyed by both congregations of their church. They have an experienced SATB choir that leads a common worship service every Sunday in the traditional church building, where they have a pipe organ that has recently been overhauled and enlarged, as well as a Band that leads a fresh expression service in the church hall.
