Reporting to Colchester City Council’s Corporate Governance Manager, the Moot Hall Organ Curator, in conjunction with the Friends of the Moot Hall Organ, is responsible for advising on all matters relating to the restoration, upkeep and usage of the Moot Hall organ in the Town Hall, Colchester, including proposing and agreeing programming, overseeing and reporting on the state of the organ and its use, advising on recommended works to the instrument, and developing income generating opportunities. Also managing the upkeep and usage of the grand piano located in the Moot Hall.
